We begin by creating a safe space for giving and receiving, for sharing and enjoying and for allowing ourselves to be nurtured whilst nurturing. This space is true first to ourselves and then to others within it, it is confidential and allows us to honour each other, be present with each moment, breathe through each challenge and allow ourselves to go on our own journey of exploration and then return unreservedly and with no expectations.
We need to declare that we will breathe in, enjoy and be present with the moment without the burden of negative self talk and limitation. We need to allow another to get close to our soul and return to their space unconditionally. Similarly, we need to reach out and touch someone else's soul and then return to ours unreservedly. We promise to explore / be courageous whilst enjoying a playful / safe experience. We also promise to leave behind all of what occurs in that space without prejudice beyond the space and in the future.
